Creative Days Nursery has been in our family ownership since 1996 and we have over 30 years experience of caring for the children in our community and the surrounding areas.

We are privately owned nursery residing in the grounds of Heath Fields Primary School on Field Avenue in Hatton, Derbyshire. We offer quality childcare and education in a caring, friendly environment where the children feel relaxed, secure and content, developing each child’s personality, allowing them to grow at their own rate. We have an extensive indoor play area and our outdoor area offers the children a large shaded area with lots of equipment for use in all weathers. All our outside play areas are securely fenced.

We offer a number of childcare services for children of all ages from birth to primary school age. We support your child as they transition through these stages and, through our strong working links with Heath Fields Primary and other local schools. we can support your child's transition to primary school.

At Creative days we love to play,

We paint and stick things with glue,

So best dresses and jumpers are not the idea,

Any old clothes will do.

We sometimes make things to take home to mums,

We do lots of things every day,

But no one is made to do anything,

If they are happy to play.

So if there isn’t a painting for you,

It doesn’t mean nothings been done,

Because play and playing together with friends

Is part of all the fun.

When the weather is fine it’s nice to go out

For a walk – as fresh air does us good,

So named Wellington boots in a carrier bag

Will help us when walking in mud.
